Corporate Pharmacy Services, Inc. (CPS), incorporated in 1990, provides pharmacy services to employers, insurance companies, associations, third-party administrators, cities and municipalities, managed care organizations, guaranty funds, state funds, and MSA custodial accounts.

CPS has retail and mail-order programs, including over 64,000 pharmacies nationwide and mail-order prescription services at our home office in Gadsden, Alabama. Both programs focus on affordability and offer prices below state fee schedule pricing.
